How it runs

Engagement timeline

Sprint Lite runs on a 7-day clock from brief submission. Everything is async — no live meetings required unless the client requests one.

Day 0
Payment received
Send kickoff email within 2 hours. Include project brief link. Clock starts when brief is submitted — not when payment clears.
Day 1
Brief submitted — begin work
Review brief thoroughly. Clarify scope if anything is ambiguous — reply within 24 hours with any questions before starting.
Day 2–4
Build phase
Build the SOP pack and templates. Draft in your own workspace first. Do not share works-in-progress — deliver complete work only.
Day 5–6
Review + Loom
Review all deliverables against the brief. Record Loom walkthrough (15–20 min). Package everything into the client folder.
Day 7
Delivery
Send delivery email with Loom link and deliverables folder. One round of revisions included — scope limited to what was in the brief.
Day 14
Follow-up + close
Send close email. Check in on implementation. Open the door to Sprint Standard or Retainer if momentum is there.
What's included

Sprint Lite scope

Be clear on what is and isn't included before you start. Scope creep is the fastest way to erode a Sprint engagement. When in doubt, refer back to the brief.

Project brief

Send this link immediately after payment. This is your scope of work — what the client fills out here is what gets built. Nothing more.

Sprint Lite Project Brief — SoftHire Systems
Choose one from the eligible systems list. Be specific — "onboarding" is too broad. "New hire onboarding from offer acceptance to Day 30" is right.
Describe the current state and what you need to end up with. The more specific, the better the output.
Notion, Google Docs, Word, Excel, Airtable — tell me where these will live
Brand voice, compliance requirements, formats, specific sections — anything non-negotiable
How will you know this was worth it? Describe what you'll have that you don't have now.
