How it runs

Standard engagement timeline

Sprint Standard runs on a 14-day clock from brief submission. Two to three HR systems built end-to-end, delivered async via Loom and a structured deliverables folder.

Payment received
Send kickoff email within 2 hours. Include project brief link. Clock starts on brief submission.
Day 1
Brief submitted
Review brief. Send scope confirmation within 24 hours. Confirm exactly which systems are being built and in what format.
Day 2–6
Build — System 1 + 2
Build the first two systems. SOPs, templates, and trackers per brief. Do not share partial work.
Day 7–10
Build — System 3 (if included)
Complete the third system if in scope. Review all deliverables against the confirmed brief for consistency.
Day 11–13
QA + Loom
Run delivery checklist. Record Loom walkthrough (25–35 min). Package all deliverables into labeled client folder.
Day 14
Delivery
Send delivery email with Loom and folder access. One round of revisions within scope.
Day 28
Follow-up + close
Check in on implementation. Open door to Premium, Retainer, or 90-Day depending on what they need next.
